Room101 does not advertise. Rather, we find all our customers by word-of-mouth. This is partly through organic recommendations (people simply pass on our details to a friend or colleague), and partly driven by our business networking activities.
Business Networking International
BNI is a business and professional organisation which allows only one person from
each profession or trade to join a particular chapter. There are thousands of chapters
all over the world, with 30+ chapters in the London area alone. Room101 has been a member of BNI since 2003, and this accounts for a sizeable proportion of our revenue.

Room101 has been a member of Merton Chamber since 2002, attending various events particularly the annual Christmas Dinner at which we were put in touch with a contact who is now our largest client
